Our Own English High School, Sharjah, Boys' Branch
Rakesh Kumar of Grade 9 and Rohit Kanisseri of Grade 8 from Our Own Sharjah (Boys’) were conferred the title of Sastra Prathibha 2010. It is a great honour that these boys have achieved for the school.
Rakesh Kumar of Grade 9D is a diligent student with a number of positive qualities. Academically bright, hard working and well mannered, he is one of the gems of Our Own English High School (Boys’ Branch), Sharjah.The Sastra Prathibha title conferred on him explains it to us that hard and consistent work never goes wasted.Deeply interested in science he carries with him an aim to explore the unexplored in the field of science.

Rohit Kanisseri of Grade 8B is another bright student of the school who has also been awarded the Sastra Prathibha title this year. Rohit feels that to be disciplined and to respect elders are the basic requirements needed for children to excel in life. He is a student who abides by these principles and aims to come up in life with dedicated hard work.Rohit also possesses a scientific temper which will help him a lot to excel in the field of science in later life.
