Sarang Varma recites his way to the top at The Waxing Eloquent

The inter-school elocution competition Waxing Eloquent, organized by the Millennium school, Dubai was held on Wednesday, 23rd June 2021. The event was held on an online platform (Zoom meet). The competition was for four categories namely sub-junior, Junior, Senior and sub-senior.

Sarang Varma Pariankad of grade 6H represented the school in the Junior category. He was among the top five finalists chosen from 24 schools in the preliminary round held on Monday, 21st June, 2021. He delivered the humorous speech “How to” written by Hajira Nazar. He outdid the four contestants and bagged the first prize making us proud. One of the judges invigorated the contestants saying that there are no winners and losers but winners and learners.
