Kindergarten Parent Orientation 2023-2024

“A parent is a teacher at home and a teacher is a parent in school and the child is the center of our universe.”

An Orientation Session (Onsite) was conducted on Thursday, 30th March 2023 by the team Kindergarten for the parents of the academic year 2023-2024 to get them acquainted with the curriculum, rules and regulations of the school followed by ‘Meet and Greet’ session with the class teacher. The ‘Meet and Greet’ session allowed the students and their parents to interact with their class teachers. 
The Orientation Session was conducted onsite at the OOB Sheikh Zayed Multi-Purpose Hall.
From a total of 356 parents, 175 parents attended the session. Our speaker representatives of KG1 were Ms. Livia and Ms. Rahima and from KG2 our speaker representatives were Ms. Nandhini and Ms. Nikhath, they welcomed the students and their families. The session commenced by the welcome address by the Principal & CEO- Mr. Srivalsan Murugan, followed by the HOS- Primary and Kindergarten- Ms. Priya and Supervisor Kindergarten- Ms. Raisa. During the course of the session, the parents were provided with an overview of the school’s vision and values following by the curriculum to give an understanding of the child’s learning throughout the year and with important information about the school, academic requirements, extracurricular activities facilities, policies and procedures and facilities available at the school. The session ended with a Q&A, where the parents asked any remaining questions they had. The school’s staff and teachers answered the questions, and the students and their parents left the session feeling more confident and informed about the school and department.
