Ms. Sharon Dmello

Sharon is a dedicated and passionate Special Educator who brings deep expertise, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to every student she supports. Beginning her career at ADAPT (formerly the Spastic Society of India), she gained invaluable experience over two years working with children of diverse needs. Holding a bachelor’s degree in special education (Intellectual Disability), Ms. Sharon is a licensed professional with both an RCI license in India and an SSSD license in Sharjah, UAE.

She firmly believes that every child has the capacity to learn, grow, and thrive when provided with a nurturing and inclusive environment. Her teaching philosophy focuses on creating classrooms that celebrate individuality, foster confidence, and empower students to reach their full potential. By skillfully integrating technology with real-world learning, she makes education both meaningful and engaging.
