As the Chairman of e Safe- a sustainable, globally recognized Center of Excellence for Children and Youth Online Protection, Dr. Abdulla Mohamed Al Meyhas spearheads initiatives which aim at spreading safer e-culture awareness among students in order to protect them from dangers of addiction to electronic games. The organization educates students about the health, psychological and behavioural damages of cybercrimes, in order to promote their electronic citizenship in a scientific and systematic manner, in line with the UAE leadership vision, which seeks to provide a safer internet environment for children. He is the recipient of prestigious awards such as the Excellence Service Medal from HH the Minister of Defense and Rashid Excellence. One of the first local civil engineers who has served in the armed forces for 20 years, he has played a significant role in the urban development of the country and its facilities.
