Rana Sabohi brings a wealth of expertise in early years education, underpinned by dual Master’s degrees in Education and Educational Leadership. Beginning her career as a Kindergarten teacher, she has progressively taken on senior leadership roles, consistently championing excellence in teaching and learning.

A strong advocate for continuous improvement, Rana has inspected schools during the GEMS Review process and has been an active participant in multiple DSIB inspections. Her deep knowledge of inspection frameworks, policies, and quality standards ensures she contributes meaningfully to the school’s ongoing development.

Rana Sabohi is also a certified Start-Bee Handwriting teacher, with specialized expertise in helping students enhance their handwriting through innovative and engaging strategies. Her approach blends structure with creativity, making writing a joyful and successful experience for young learners.

Enquiry is Ms. Rana’s area of expertise. She has successfully led and revamped the enquiry-based curriculum to integrate the UN Sustainable Development Goals and promote problem-based learning. Her work fosters critical thinking, collaboration, and real-world connections in the early years classroom.

As an expert in the Reggio Emilia approach, Ms. Rana is passionate about making children’s thinking visible through effective documentation and student-led exhibitions. She fosters an inquiry-driven learning environment where children express themselves through a variety of mediums and experiences.

In addition to her educational leadership, Ms. Rana is a UNCC-accredited climate change educator and a passionate advocate for sustainability. She is committed to empowering young learners to think critically, act responsibly, and contribute to a better, more sustainable future — starting from their earliest years.
