Ms. Cinu Baby

Head of Inclusion

Cinu Baby, a Postgraduate in Psychology, has been an integral part of OOB since 2014. With over a decade of dedicated service, she currently heads the Inclusion Department, leading with vision and purpose. She has played a pivotal role in building a strong culture of inclusion, advocating for students of determination, and ensuring their unique needs are addressed with empathy and expertise.

Her contributions extend far beyond academics—she focuses on bridging learning gaps, facilitating skill development sessions, and empowering every learner to achieve their full potential. Ms. Cinu has been instrumental in raising awareness about special educational needs and embedding inclusive practices across every aspect of the school environment.

As a passionate trainer and mentor, she actively conducts workshops and capacity-building programs for teachers, students, support staff, and parents. She leads her team with the guiding philosophy of the three ‘P’s—Passion, Patience, and Perseverance, instilling in them the belief that every child is capable of learning, though not always in the same way or at the same pace.

Ms. Cinu firmly believes that true strength lies in differences, not similarities. Her vision is to create learning environments where diversity is celebrated, inclusion is lived, and every child is given the opportunity to thrive.
