Juan Mathew

Juan Mathew, President- Student Council, is an allegiant OOBite who is often described as a leader who doesn’t eschew adversities, but rather thrives on them. A vociferous proponent of the maxim, ‘vincit qui se vincit’, his leadership philosophies revolve around setting precedents and high standards for himself and invigorating those around him to follow suit. This erudite speaker is an avid quizzer, a team player, a dramatist and skilled student director (of our school concert). He is a well-known debater in the UAE circuit. Juan always seeks the best in others and often draws out the innate endowments of his team through his disposition. His term as the Secretary of the Student Council would go down in the annals of the council’s history as it marked one of its most active and productive years. Under his able leadership, the Student Council soared to greater heights as it witnessed a multifaceted array of novel events and initiatives.  As he takes on this new office, Juan vows to ceaselessly inspire, innovate and invent.
