Primary Concert

On 25 June 2026, the Primary Department at OOB proudly hosted the Annual Prize Day and Concert, bringing together students, parents, and staff for a day of celebration and inspiration. The Annual Prize Day, themed 'Uniquely Me, Proudly We', recognized and honoured the outstanding academic achievements of the Grade 3 and Grade 4 subject toppers. The event was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker, Stephen McKernan, Principal and CEO of GEMS Cambridge International School Abu Dhabi, whose motivating address encouraged students to celebrate their individuality while striving for excellence.

The celebrations continued with the much-anticipated Primary Concert, 'Happy Feet – Where Every Step Tells a Story'. Through captivating performances, vibrant costumes, melodious songs, and energetic dance sequences, students transported the audience to the icy world of penguins while conveying meaningful messages of self-belief, friendship, courage, and acceptance. The production beautifully highlighted the importance of embracing one's unique identity and recognising the strengths within every individual.

The event was a resounding success, leaving the audience inspired and delighted by the remarkable talents of our young performers. The day not only celebrated academic excellence and artistic expression but also reinforced the spirit of unity and inclusivity embodied in the theme 'Uniquely Me, Proudly We'.
