Swimmer par excellence
Geon Jibi of grade 8D won 3 Gold Medals in the TMS inter-school Swimming Gala - 50 mtrs freestyle, 50 mtrs butterfly and 50 mtrs backstroke. He also bagged the Individual Champions Trophy in the under-14 category. Geon trains six days a week with his dad, who is his inspiration and mentor. His dedication radiates from the fact that in spite of several challenges he faces, he has a ‘never give up attitude’ and is a motivation for his peers, not only in the field of swimming but also in general.
