Bright Sparks Leadership Programme – Cohort 3

The third cohort of the Bright Sparks Leadership Programme was inaugurated on 23rd June 2025 at Our Own English High School, Sharjah – Boys. Designed to shape future-ready leaders, the programme brought together aspiring changemakers for a day of thought leadership, practical insights, and collaborative learning.

The inaugural session was led by Professor Christopher Abraham, Professor and Head of Campus at SP Jain School of Global Management, who spoke on Leadership in the Contemporary World – Challenges and Opportunities. His insightful address explored the evolving demands of leadership and inspired participants to reflect on their own leadership journeys.

After a networking lunch and musical interlude, Mr. Michael Guzder, Executive Vice President – Education, conducted a powerful session on leading with empathy, clarity, and courage. This was followed by a high-energy team-building activity conducted by Team OOB and a compelling case-based session led by Mr. Srivalsan Murugan, Principal and CEO, which encouraged aspiring leaders to think critically and respond to real-world challenges. The day left participants energised, equipped, and eager to embrace their own leadership potential.
