Synergasia – Season 4

Synergasia – Season 4, the Inter-School Staff Cluster Sports Meet, was successfully hosted by Our Own English High School, Sharjah – Girls on Saturday, 24 January 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event brought together staff members from various schools under the cluster for a day that celebrated sportsmanship, camaraderie and holistic wellbeing.

The meet featured a diverse range of indoor and outdoor events, including Chess, Carroms, Table Tennis, Badminton, Throwball, Cricket and Fun Games. The enthusiastic participation and vibrant energy throughout the day underscored the significance of physical activity, teamwork, and mutual encouragement in fostering a healthy and balanced professional environment for educators.

The school achieved commendable success across multiple events. First place was secured in Cricket and Tug of War (Men’s category). Second place was achieved in Carroms (Women), Table Tennis (Men) and Throwball. Third place finishes were recorded in Chess (Men), Chess (Women), Carroms (Men), Table Tennis (Women) and Badminton (Women). These accomplishments reflected not only competitive excellence but also strong collaboration, perseverance and sportsmanlike spirit among the participants.

Overall, Synergasia – Season 4 proved to be an engaging, refreshing and thoroughly enjoyable experience. It offered teachers a much-needed break from routine, providing an opportunity to unwind, reconnect, and strengthen bonds through friendly competition.
