The Environment and Protected Areas Authority organized the Al-Muntathir Reserve Tree Planting Campaign on Thursday, 29 January 2026, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, at Al-Muntathir Reserve in the Al Bataeh area. The campaign targeted 2nd cycle and secondary school students and aimed to raise environmental awareness and promote sustainability concepts among young learners.

During the event, students actively participated in planting trees across the reserve. They also received guidance on the importance of environmental protection, conservation of natural resources, and the role of trees in maintaining ecological balance.

The campaign was successful in enhancing students’ understanding of environmental responsibility while encouraging positive attitudes toward sustainability and community involvement in protecting the natural environment.
