Champions at the George Memorial Inter – School Basketball Tournament

Our Under-13 basketball team has been crowned champions of the prestigious George Memorial Inter-School Basketball Tournament, organized by the Indian Basketball Society.

In a thrilling final match against DPS Sharjah, both teams were tied at 44-44 at the end of the fourth quarter, leading to an intense extra time. Our team showed remarkable resilience and clinched the win by a narrow margin, with a final score of 52-50.

Zayan Ahmed of Grade 8H was declared the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the tournament for his outstanding performance throughout. In the finals, both Zayan Ahmed 8H and Avaneesh Sai 8C scored 18 points each, playing a crucial role in our team's success.

It was an exhilarating match right till the final buzzer, and the team displayed commendable sportsmanship and teamwork. Kudos to the coach, Mr. Joepaul Nalppatt, Ms. Erandika and the boys on this stupendous success.
